Limited time period

The ASX game runs for a limited period of time. Usually it ends just when it is getting interesting and it is not possible to practice longer-term investment strategies.

Limited companies

The ASX game is limited to around 200 companies, far less than the real market.

Enforced diversification

Due to the diversification rule you can't spend more than a certain amount on any single company.

Single portfolio size

The ASX share market game limits you to a starting investment capital of $50,000. Market Wizard allows you to start with any size capital from $1,000 all the way up to $1,000,000.
